AVOID IF YOU HAVE SHORT HAIR!! I went to get my pixie cut trimmed, she asked what length I had on the clippers on the sides, I explained. I did not get what I asked for. She trimmed hair from the top with the clippers as she failed to clip the longer hair up before she started. She also unknowingly trimmed into my fringe as she was cutting the top. I couldn't let her finish. At the end, she put product in my hair without even asking to hide the mess she'd made, before I felt she was done blending the sides. It's going to take me at least 3 months to grow out the hair she cut away. I lost all the feminine aspects of my hair and came out looking like a 12 year old boy. Genuinely embarrassed to go out in public with the haircut I walked away with.

Ruined my hair. And the hairdresser was not nice to me. She repeated “I’m so confused. I don’t understand” like 10 times. Is that the right attitude to communicate with a customer? I paid £20 for a really bad mood and a horrible haircut!!

Very cheap for a men's long hair cut, which I wasn't expecting - wanted it done properly! And by the gods did I get what I paid for. Changed the shape of my undercut, and cut it unevenly so one side is now higher than the other. Was a walk in, and whilst I wasn't specific in what I wanted, most hairdressers I've been to would know what will look good - I was given a bob and look like one of the Golden Girls! She took off as much as I asked for but that didn't leave any room for changing it afterwards. Not that I was really asked whether I was happy with it.

I have visited this salon a few times .All of the staff are friendly, welcoming and super professional. Amy does a phenomenal job on my hairs .Best salon I’ve ever been to! Thank you Amy!
