I rented with Prestige for 2 years and they have been the best letting agents I have ever dealt with. Any time we had any maintenance issues they always sent someone round within a day or two to deal with it. I truly cannot recommend them enough. They are fair and honest and are honestly really lovely people. I would love to rent with them again in the future! Thanks so much Helen and the Prestige team! I loved my time at your property. :)

What can I say if not to praise every single person in that company. Since the moment I've rented with them, over 3 years ago, there was not a moment I felt I wasn't been looked after. In any visit or phone call I was always dealt with professionalism and sympathy. If I had a problem/concern about the property they would sort it out asap and was never kept in the dark about the issues. They were upfront and available to all my queries and called/visit/email me every time they said they would. Every single time! They maintain the property to a high level and the team that deals with the maintenance comes second to none. We had a baby 2 years ago and at the time we wonder if we could change some things in the property (replace all carpets to a laminated floor as its easier to keep) to my happiness they immediately said yes and within a week the job was all done! Just amazing! I would recommend Prestige Lettings to everyone. They are the most genuine, friendly, helpful and honest company without a doubt. I've dealt with others and they don't even come close to this lovely guys.

Best agents I had while living in Cardiff! Mel was an unbelievable amount of help, really friendly and approachable. Easy to deal with and always willing to help! Other agencies took, a lot of unnecessary money from my deposit and had late fees for rent. This agency is not so evil, unlike a few in Cardiff that have 'Let' after their name. Highly recommend 5 stars!!!

Won’t rent a property off these house I had was full of damp ceiling collapsed through water leak rat infestation has previous tenants have agreed with my self owe me thousands of pounds to damage to personal Belongings through neglect of repair wouldn’t recommend to any body stay well clear

Had a contract with them for 6 months when I moved in with a friend in Cathays. They were brilliant, always went above and beyond to help me! any slight issues that I raised in regards to the flat they were very quick to react providing professional support! At the end of my tenancy I received a full refund of my bond. I would especially like to thank Melissa as she always portrayed a very professional manner; dealing quickly and efficiently with any queries raised. I would definitely let with them again in the future!
