Amazing service from beginning to the end. Initial site visit was professional, helpful and was able to give me ideas I hadn't considered. The order, payment and completion were ease and the minimal of fuss. BWM exceeded my expectations. Well done to everyone concerned and thank you.

Both individuals were very courteous and polite. The engineer fixing the door was knowledgeable and professional. He also assisted with other issues I had. Satisfied with the adjustments made.
Of the four quotes I collected, BWM were the best price. I'd already seen their windows in a neighbour's property and he was very positive about the company. All the staff (sales rep, admin, measurer and fitters) were friendly and professional.
