Please stay away from this agency. Victoria was the most rude person I have come across in my 4.5 years of stay in this country. She has absolutely no sense of customer relations and service. The landlord's son-in-law apologised to us on her behalf. There are hidden charges involved about which we were not informed before hand. I had no choice as I have good terms with the landlord so had to go with their service. But I would not recommend at all.

My wife and I have moved house twice with this letting agency and both times have been swift and easy. Victoria and Tom are lovely. Anytime there's a problem, they're on it quickly and the problem is always solved. Would recommend them to anyone!

Recently moved to Cardiff from London and would not have been able to confidently do so without the engaged, informed, wide ranging advice and insight from Victoria. She was so concerned with finding me the right fit, she selflessly advised I take a more suitable property I'd seen elsewhere. Honest and direct. When the time comes to move again, Zest will be at the top of my list.

We wanted a house quick and fast , used google , found a number online for a property we liked , called tom up , he was helpful , gave us a viewing. The next day , Victoria is one of the sweetest and nicest letting agent I might have dealt with , we took the property , everything went smooth , I would definitely recommend people to use " zest living " or call tom or Victoria up , very helpful .
