We went at 8.15 am and found the whole experience very covid safe. Plenty of christmas chocs!

Spacious- lots of choice of products. One main complaint though .... We went there at approx 5.30. There were plenty of staff around chatting and only 1 person on the tills - and a very long queue of customers waiting to pay. Cashier said other staff hadn't been trained on the tills so to my mind that highlights the need to get and train them. The supervisor eventually arrived strolling to another till to help the poor girl who was getting a lot of flack. Get your act together B&M.

From day one staff here have worked very hard and managed to maintain a workable environment for the customers whilst keeping their cool and being professionally patient.
