I purchased the cooks professional tri-ply pan set of 6 pans, which say they work in I duction hobs. However, the smallest pan does not work on my hob. The engineer said it's because the pan does not have enough metal in the base as the base of the pan is too thin, therefore it will not work on an induction hob. BE AWARE you will only be able to use 5 pans out of the six if you have an induction hob. Which technically means your paying more for the 5 pans instead of 6.

I bought my first Cooks Professional Nutriblend through Groupon and I used it almost every day without any problems. Then I decided that another blade lid would be useful but couldnt source one anywhere. So, I figured that spare containers etc were a good idea so I bought a second set (most of this is still in its box). My problem started a couple of weeks ago when I was pouring cashew milk into a bowl. I saw brown sludge (noticeable because the milk is creamy coloured). I also saw something "plop" in so I sieved the whole lot and found 3 ball bearings! I didnt want to buy another whole set so I have been trying to source a supply for the blade lids alone. I emailed the company at the time of the incident but have never received a reply. Last week I messaged them on Facebook. I got a reply the following day and the person said that they would help me. No response for a week so I chased up today. I am now told that they dont have any "spare blades to supply". I didnt ask for them to supply me, I asked where I could buy some. What is the point - and the environmental footprint - of selling a product where the consumer is unable to replace something as obvious as the cutting blade. If/when the other blade dulls or the lid leaks oil and metal balls into our food, I will have to throw away TWO machines that would otherwise function well. I wont be buying another Cooks Professional blender. I will use the competitor product as I know I can get spare parts for it.

Awful products, not fit for purpose. Their copper 'induction pans' simply do not work on induction hobs... not 'as described, not fit for purpose in other words total breach of UK law. iI you don't believe me check on the Amazon reviews.
