Unfortunately I can’t give a positive review to this place... My hair is now ruined because of the balyage I had done at Hairlounge, which obviously went wrong..I now have copper color highlights that were supposed to be blonde. They offered me to go back the day after so they could try to fix it but no where near what I asked for and I paid £117!!! VERY disappointed!

The atmosphere is always casually welcoming - you feel individually looked after, but without any fuss...I haven't had better haircuts anywhere, and I've been all over! You won't do better around here. Welfield Road is a handy location as well, a mini Highstreet.

Went in today just to buy some products in the window and the staff member very kindly took their time to give me advice. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I had a great experience today in the salon! I went for a simple fringe cut which I had restyled and it was cut so well. I even got some great advice regarding getting some highlights put in for the first time. Will definitely be coming back, thank you guys
