At the end of a long day a customer needed a replacement cylinder in an odd size. No-one stocked it, not even the manufacturers. Alistair and the lads went the extra mile and more - in fact, all the way to Bristol and back to source and deliver a replacement the next morning. Frankly, superb.

after spending many hours visiting different bathroom showrooms i found total plumbing. the staff were very friendly and also helpful. they gave excellent advice on the products. nothing was a problem from choosing to delivery. i will be back!

Excellent service and advise, comprehensive range & selection of products. Purchase was for a my main residence and the staff were helpful and cooperative considering my lack of immediate knowledge. Will visit again if needed and would recommend.
