You may as well talk to the wall as opposed to these absolute shysters. I wonder where the director is being taken on holiday to by Avis this year.
First, I would like to say that they don't want to handle your case. They seem to not help solve your issue and accept lies. I had a case, where a company didn't provide what was paid for and the company and BVRLA refuse to handle the case professionally. I don't know how they are still running. They are taking tax-payers money. I think the government isn't giving BVRLA enough money, so they have to take money from companies that are scamming people. In this case, they should shut down and stop providing the "services" they do.
Industry biased - they don't work for the consumer but for the insurance industry in an attempt to provide some back-up for their rip-off tactics
Absolutely no understanding of the law and become abusive when challenged.
They only protect the associates and don't care about keeping a high standard in industrie.
