Very kindly helped me understand the rough value of a ring without charge - lovely service and much appreciated.

My now Husband wanted to design my engagement ring and our wedding rings. Simon and the team did an absolutely amazing job on all of our rings! They listened to what he wanted and made sure the design of my wedding ring fit perfectly and aligned with my engagement ring. I’ve had so many compliments on my engagement ring as the Tanzanite sparkles and changes colour beautifully. Seriously would recommend Simon and the team, they have all been so helpful and friendly - promptly delivering everything up to a impeccable standard.

A simple battery replacement became hard work. Previously simple at a cost of £10 now it was down to a price list, surprise in 12 mths or so it's £20/30! For a basic battery. my simple watch needed no service or poor sales chat. my intelligence was insulted and I laughed out loud. I bought these batteries online with head office advice , cost £1.99 for 3 ! ( you may of heard of Amazon) Kind people in Amersham Old Town did it free so I donated to their charity tin. BTW their costs are £8.50 or £10 depending on shop of choice, in Amersham Old Town As a bonus they are very polite, professional and have the common sense and intelligence to understand customer worth, that is I will return to purchase jewellery which of course is their main source of income. In the past I did purchase jewellery items there, (djwarner) and now I have no reason to ever return. It costs nothing to be polite.

I am very disappointed with what happened to my gold Accurist watch when I took it to Warner's for a service. When they returned it, the pins which held the safety clasp in place, had disappeared. How did that happen? It is still with them for that repair, but it is causing me great anxiety as to what might happen to it further. On the day before collection, my son told me that he had taken his waterproof watch to him some time ago and it was returned with the seal hanging out. Do Warner's not employ qualified jewellers? I shall get another jeweller to check my watch when it is returned. Meantime, this is causing a seventy-six year old a lot of anxiety about a most treasured possession. This should not be necessary.
