From beginning to end the fitting of new locks was smooth and effortless. I was given a quote for labour and parts plus vat on the telephone. That quote was what I paid. Sam arrived with Rocky, his adorable dog, punctually at the agreed time on Saturday, the booking having been made only the day before. I was given excellent advice on the best locks for my doors. They were fitted quickly and easily. Sam explained the locking mechanisms to me and I tested each lock before he left my house.
The service was smart, efficient, trustworthy and very professional.

Really impressed with the service we got from CJ's Locksmiths. Our key broke off in the front door. We called up and they arrived within 10min and repaired the lock within 30min. Efficient, friendly service - and we loved the dog too! We'd strongly recommend this company to others. We'll be using them again.

Almost ripped off. 430am and the only ones to answer straight away we’re going to rip me off. Eventually after sitting outside my home waiting for the rip off .org to arrive, and being asked for money up front and interrogation on my premises I got a call back from these guys. Dont rush. They prey on your urgency. Use these guys or those with a google rating. Despite the freezing temperatures and banging on door after four for refuge in cold it’s far worth the door knock for an hour then a dodgy line that answered straight away and then everything went wrong, felt wrong. Get a number now saved in your phone. Wait. Don’t get targeted. 89 quid these trusted guys V 900 bullying men on your doorstep late and demanding money. Stay safe folks. Xxx
