Highly recommended. Tim is always professional, friendly and good value. I’ve used him numerous times and no doubt will call on him again in the future.
Tim helped us pick out the right locks for two outside doors, a side door and also installed an external lockbox. Came out for a first visit to scope things out, heard us out, pointed out issues, proposed various options and pros/cons and helped us choose an answer. Then came back a few days later with the parts and installed everything. In the process also filled in some holes in the door. And left behind the old cylinder with instructions for my son on how he could take it apart to check out the workings. Courteous, Competent, Professional. Highly Recommended
Tim was brilliant, came out same say he was called, very friendly and quick, he even went above his duty and helped unstick the door while he was there. Highly recommend.

Tim came out really quickly on a bank holiday when we were locked out. Friendly, trustworthy, pragmatic and resourceful he managed to get us back in to the house with a minimum of disruption and changed the locks too. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
