They always give the best of the service. I had forgotten my wallet once in the car while returning the car and it was returned securely. Travis and James are always helpful.

Very disapointed. We have chosen entreprise because we did in the past and we were very happy with the company. But now different story. We have booked a 7 seater 6 days before our departure and we have received the confirmation for our automatic 7 seater. When we have booked the lady that we have spoken over the phone with (central) said that we can give all the details when we will pick the car up as the driiving licence details because we wasnt sure who will drivw the car on the day. After tthis day that we have spoken to her a lady the manager for the leamington branch called me 4 times to ask me. About the driving licence details and i have repeted myself 4 times that we do not know until the day who will be the driver. The day artived and we went to pick up the car at 8 am per the confirmation rwceived on my emal. And surprise...... They disnt even had the car we booked automatic in the branch and they offered us a manual one which we didnt wanted from the start. I try to explain that we do not drivw manual and we need the 7 seater automatic the one that we have requestwd for and we have rwceived confirmation. Shw was keep calling me a liar with thw confirmation in front of her. Waas now 8 40 i had 3 kids waiting for me to pick them up and anotjer 2 families in ordwr to start our jourmey. She then offered a smaller 7 seater usv that wasnt even ready. They said that i mewd to wait until get washed and clean. I have waited and finnaly they took the car out when i looked inside was ful. Of mus on the chairs dog hairs evwrywere dirty and also facw masks from previous cliemts. I gave the car back and requested to be washed peopwely again. Has not be done. I have picture to backup whatever i m saiyng. Just so disapointed!!!!! I have even spoken with the area manager called Liam who was keep telling me that he canmot give us a discout more then 10 %!!!!! But i didnt ask for discount!!!!! We dont 2ant a doacount we wanted what we requested and what we have been confirmed!!!! Not peoffesional at all. We had a smaller car we xouldnt fit everything in dirty all over we had to desinfwct the car ourselfs qe also were 2 hours late then we have had planneed. We will put a formal complain in just because is not right!!!!

Hired a van for my move, it was brand new automatic diesel, helpful staff and no problems with the vehicle, will use again

Excellent Customer Service, couldn't ask for Better. Cars are Quality and usually Nearly New and Prices are Reasonable
