I am currently dealing with Rose, who was so helpful the last time when trying to source a watch for my wife for our Silver Wedding Anniversary (we actually ended up getting an OP in a different dial colour from elsewhere). After reading some reviews regarding customer service I was very concerned going in here. Those thoughts were greatly demolished as we were seen by Lee who was absolutely wonderful! He explained everything, had a lovely chat and made us feel really comfortable! Me and my now fiancé bought the ring and even got a communal congratulations as we were leaving!
