Nice attentive staff. Bought a couple of things. Be better if everything was advertised better and the prices were put on rather than showing a tray of goods saying prices from.

the customer before me was so rude to the staff for no reason she was down right rude but I can say the girls were very professional in how they handled the situation and were very helpful when it was my turn they couldn’t do enough to help I’m new to Pandora and they didn’t rush me even though the store was busy well done girls on keeping your cool

Shocking customer service from the Preston branch all 3 women I spoke to where very rude and unhelpful.. after the 3rd time returning a faulty bracelet within a couple of months . I was told i was lieing and there was nothing wrong with it they wouldn't exchange or give me a name to make a complaint to head office (even tho they are ment to wear name badges). Spoke to head office they referred me to the Blackburn branch which where extremely polite and excellent customer service swapped the braclet for a different style no question asked..

My daughters bought me a bracelet for Christmas It kept falling off my wrist and was only pure luck that it happened either in the house the car or at work , I stopped wearing it as I didn’t want to lose it , took it into the Preston shop today hoping to get it repaired, I didn't have the receipt, the girl who served me looked at the bracelet then came back with a new one and exchanged it ,excellent customer service from a lovely girl , well done Preston Pandora

Absolutely appalling customer service! Silly blonde bimbo girls who work at the preston branch would have a conversation with each than serve their customers! It only seems to be preston and Lancaster with suboptimal customer service! They also have very little knowledge of their own products... .. every other store I have been to ie Manchester, Cheshire oaks, and Blackpool are fantastic. Pandora preston, it might be time for a staff cull!! I won't be returning to that branch...
