This is a lovely shop in the Preston city centre. I got a lovely pair of blue topaz earrings from this shop as well as a rose gold diamond ring. The staff are very nice and helpful. They have a goldsmith on the premises who only took 1 hour to size my ring after a member of staff measured my finger. This is definitely my go-to place in Preston.
I went in today hoping to get a ring repaired. The stone had popped out and it is very special to me so I wanted to get it sorted and at a high standard. This has been passed down through 5 generations and is rather valuable. My concerns about the ring were dismissed by a member of staff and I was told to simply superglue it back in place. I was willing to pay good money to get it fixed properly but I'll just have to take my business elsewhere.
