Ordered an item in October as a Christmas present and it doesn't fit. The company don't offer exchanges and refusing refund. Went off sizing chart but item is too small. Now I have spent £25 on a brand new item that is useless!! Really annoyed. I wouldn't order from them ever again and would not recommend them either.

I called in the Preston shop yesterday with my partner, I had been on the website and had 3 dresses in mind. The young lady who served me was so helpfull, attentive and interested on what the outfit was for.
It was a pleasure to visit the shop and meet staff with such fantastic customer service. Well done Quiz I will be returning in the near future.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great choice of clothes. Reasonable price. Definitely worth a visit.
