I think this company is some kind of Scam! who writes these reviews? I wish i could give them 0 stars. My car was stolen 12 weeks ago. They keep asking me to fill in more online forms get more invoices. They don't answer the phone for hours then don't return your calls for days. My main insurer sorted out my claim in 10 days! I am going to post a review every day until they sort this out!

Nobody's at home .....no answers to phone calls or any responses from them after filling in the online forms ....I'm just wondering who does their online reviews .....seems like they must do so themselves .....I give one star only because I've not got the option of giving none .....Looks like a total waste of money buying this product .................Finally managed to get through to the company and fingers crossed my claim is in the process of being assessed .....I've added a few stars , and hopefully I'll shortly be able to add more and edit this review again...let's wait and see....... As promised I've added the stars , and I can't see where the damaged area was on my wheel , so I'm happy with the outcome .....my inbox has apologies from premia solutions in it , so the problems with missing email addresses and phone numbers has been sorted out .....now I just have to avoid high kerb stones .....

Although I do feel bad writing this poor review as Premia have eventually paid me out for my stolen car.. what an effort it was trying to get the money. Both mine and my husbands cars were stolen off our drive on 23rd August. My husband had GAP insurance with Direct gap and they gave him a direct number as soon as it happened, they updated him every step of the way, he had a really friendly helpful case handler and he was paid out fairly with no problems whatsoever within 2 weeks. I have only just been paid out a week ago which was almost 7 weeks after the car got stolen! I had to phone Premia twice a week to get updates as I was always told every step they made took upto 5 days to sort, didn’t get a direct number until about 4 weeks in so I had to wait on hold for 15 minutes plus to get through to someone. Then they’d say they weren’t a claims handler so I’d have to wait for my claim handler to call back which would take another 2 days. I was promised my payment would be made within 3-5 days which actually ended up taking over a 7 days due to a ‘technical error’. I will never deal with Premia again and as soon as I got my new car I went straight to ‘direct gap’. 7 weeks without a car just isn’t acceptable.. they blamed the pandemic but my husband’s gap insurance also had the same pandemic issue but managed to keep to promises they made. I only went with Premia because it’s who the car dealer put me with because I purchased it through the dealer (VW).

Got sold gap insurance from a dealership, told them i was on motor trade insurance never said it wont be cover. Came to the day i needed to calm on my gap insurance after months turns out in there terms and agreement I wasn’t covered. Never received the terms and agreements. Poor service and now Ive lost a lot money. Thank you for your unprofessional service, will be taking this further.

Be aware that you can’t transfer your policy to a new vehicle, and they take a £35 admin fee PER PRODUCT to cancel. It’s impossible to know how circumstances may change during a three year policy, so it seems sneaky of Premia Solutions to not have alternative options to amend or transfer the policy without incurring such high admin fees. Although I purchased various car protections (paint/wheel protection) in one purchase - they see it as two separate policies and deducted £70 from the refund. I don’t believe any business can justify that kind of deduction for “administration” purposes.
