I went on a holiday in 2015/16 to Egypt and was terribly unwell due to food poisoning. I came across smith jones solicitors and decided to make a claim regarding my holiday illness. They were always responsive,polite, professional and gathered the information that was needed. It did take around 2 years for my claim to go through. The holiday provider offered me a settlement amount I was happy with. Overall I’ve been really impressed with the advice and service Smith Jones offer. I had my claim settled and got the money back that was so rightly owed to me, I couldn’t of done it without these guys, highly recommend!
