Used this firm when we were burgled.
They put new anti snap cylinders in for us and generally beefed up the security of our house.
Really pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Buyer beware. Had a faulty lock to an office door, they came and replaced it with a new one, which only came with 2 keys. I needed 10 sets so went to a local key cutter and spent a not insufficient sum to get the additional keys cut. 1 week later still having problems with the brand new lock, so the company came out again and as they discovered the initial lock they had fitted was faulty, they replaced it again. The replacement was done free of change, but I'm now out of pocket for the 10, now useless keys, that I had cut last week! Spoke to the Business Owner who has refused to offer a credit note for the keys, or any kind of compensation for the now useless keys. Very disappointed with their poor customer service, and that they fitted a faulty lock in the first place!
Very pleased with service.
They came out to fix a UPVC door for us, reasonable price too.
Have used this company twice at our day nursery.
