I only have one star because no option for zero stars. Don't use for any reason. They keep fining us for driving through their carpark when the road layout leaves us no choice. They are rude on the phone and don't listen. They just want money money money

Absolute C U Next Tuesdays. Fined for parking in an empty hospital car park at 2 in the morning for an emergency pregnancy check. Disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting people with no sense of community or compassion. I made a genuine mistake, appealed to their better nature during these difficult times when we’re all struggling financially, but did these people care a damn? Not at all. Utterly despicable individuals the lot of them.

Charged £100 for being in carpark for 11 minutes (1 minute over the grace period). Didn't even turn the engine off as was waiting for a friend. Disproportionate money grabbers.

unfortunately just a big money grabbing scam. I failed to pay for 17 minutes parking on a Sunday night as when I returned to my car I noticed that someone had smacked into my rear bumper. As it was late I could not phone the security to access CCTV. So I returned the next day and I realised that The car park charges 24/7. Thus, I paid for a whole hour to cover the previous day. I called up requesting CCTV footage of the night but I was informed this is not possible as it does not record. However, 2 weeks later I received a PCN of £100!! I appealed this and mentioned all the details regarding my claim, clearing stating my intention with the purchased ticket. I received an email two weeks later and it was clear that my e-mail had not been read and it was a generic response. After many e-mails back and forth my attempts were completely unsuccessful. To make matters worse, their PCN letter has images of my car for the whole 17 minutes. So the least they could have done is provide me with the details of the driver who hit my car and drove off. Which is highly illegal. Not only am I £60 down from paying the bill. However, I also have my brand new car damaged. Shame.
