Excellent service, quick turnaround. Glad I listened to advise to take up protection, as I suffered windscreen damage that could have been costly otherwise. Even went above & beyond and dropped me off to local car dealership to collect my car after offhiring my rental. Will definitely use these guys again. Pete
Friendly service. Had to wait for my car to be ready. 23 minutes after it was due. Car was a good specification and checking back in was fast and efficient
Wasted loads of time this morning waiting for an automated system to communicate with me ( seems like this is from a centre in China ) Eventually got to chat to a human via texts. They just kept reverting back to pre written texts. So I decided to the ring Chelmsford branch. Just kept on hold for ages. They couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. Don't bother with this company.
First of all I hired a car until 4pm on a Saturday and was told that the branch would be open for me to drop off the car. I arrived 40 minutes early to find it closed and nowhere to put keys. The keys where then collected after 40 mins on the phone. Horrific customer service. Do not use.
Do not use they keep talking payment out my bank with no explanation as to why and they gave me a car with lots of damage and didnt put in car report good job I checked as they would have blamed me and charged me for all the damage too
