Not great! Could have been better. Ordered Mercedes C and ended up receiving BMW. The had flat tyre indication within 5 mints of driving.
When I want a car I will use Enterprise because I know what to expect.
The staff can make this a special experience and Albert did just that.

Brilliant service and helped me out when got an issue with a puncture. James was very helpful when I had a situation with a puncture, he informed me who to phone, wanted to be updated and arranged a replacement car for the next morning, which he didn't have to do. Depot small but will be better when in a newer location in future. Didn't seem to be much covid restrictions in place which disappointed me, but overall a good service and wouldn't hesitate to use again.
