Five stars!! This is my second time hiring from this lovely family ran business. The cars are very good value for money. Have never had a problem, well definitely use again. Would highly recommend.
The overall experience was not the best. The good thing is that they delivered the car and picked it up at the end of the hire, which is good.
However, without going into too many details, I just would think twice before using this company again.
Phoned this company up to get a car for a week before my lease car arrives. I've answered all the questions. The person has delivered the car (apparently, I haven't seen it though) and then made me aware that as my license is under one year I cant have it. I've informed of my previous disqualification over 6 years ago and have informed them that my license is clean. Provided them with my NI number as requested so they can do their checks and all came back fine as they have rang me back to collect the payment. They have charged me £239 although we agreed on £130 hire + £100 deposit. Yet only refunded £100 and refusing to refund the rest! This is Illegal!! Needless to say I will not leave this! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. £139 pound for the car I haven't even seen! Struggling business if you ask me as no one would drop that low and keep the money for the services they haven't provided!
Have hired cars several times from this small Company. Always found Molly to be trustworthy..fair and friendly. The cars are delivered and collected promptly and always very clean. I recommend them and will definitely being using them again.
