LUCA'S CAKES

The wedding design consultation was great, what is not to love about lots and lots of delicious cake to try! So many tasty flavours makes it difficult to choose. Luca really helped us visualise what we liked and how it would look. The ordering process was very easy, almost a relief to get another item ticked off the ever growing list of responsibilities on a wedding day. This was one of the easiest things to get ticked off the list, and all thanks to Luca as we were much undecided originally. When we arrived at the venue, it was there...in the correct place...looking INCREDIBLE (better than expected) and tasted amazing. Nothing to fault. The flavour and quality of the cakes, unlike I any cake I have had before, it was really incredible. If you are unsure, find Luca at one of the MANY wedding shows she attends and taste for yourselves. Even once we ordered our cake, Luca was still happy for us to chat at the wedding shows and feast on cake. We cannot recommend Lucas cakes enough, the quality of service and the quality of the cakes are so high. Thank you again Luca!

From consultation to finished cake was an amazing service. The finished cake was stunning and tasted as good as it look, it was delivered to our venue and set up all in good time for our Wedding. Thank you so much for completing our magical day. The new Mr & Mrs Johnson.

Met her at a wedding fair with my family as my daughter is due to get married soon and looking for a cake maker. There were some samples to try and she was extremely rude because all of the family tried a piece and told us off for doing so leaving us feeling humiliated after being told by her "that's not just for you it's for everybody" well clearly it isn't. Also my daughter was disappointed that when speaking about booking a tasting session there were only set flavours on offer none of which she liked or would be interested in so asked to pick her own to try from the list and was scoffed at and told no. For someone that was touting for business it really was a poor attitude and she has now lost a serious customer In reply to your response: I don't think the bride and groom and their mothers is classed as a large group of people. Me, my daughter and son in law had tried some together of each of the 3 flavours and my son in laws mother went to try some after us upon our recommendation when she was confronted with your rudeness. To which a week later she's still upset about. There was plenty for everyone to try and I think you can expect a serious bride and groom looking for a cake maker to bring their mothers along to try things with them as its an important decision. If you're worried about there not being enough for everyone you should maybe bring more, the other polite cake makers had no issues with us and even offered us more if we wanted. You made us feel unwelcome and as if we were being greedy. It was humiliating. Considering none of us had a drink that day I don't know why you've assumed she wanted extra with a coffee (she'd had no cake to begin with)! It's just a shame one bad experience sticks in our heads and from that they've ruled out using you. Thanks for your response and let this be the end of the matter.

We got married this week and Raluca made our wedding cake. One word.....WOW! Our guests all commented on how stunning it was and it tasted just as amazing. We had a lovely relaxed wedding consultation where we tried many delicious flavours and our ideal design was sketched there and then. Just before the big day we were sent pictures and we were over the moon. I only wish I was this talented. Couldn’t be happier with the price, service and finished result. Thank you 😊

We chose Luca's Cakes to make our Wedding cake and were not disappointed. From our initial meeting to our tasting Luca was friendly and professional. She was great at turning our ideas into a design and we could not have been more pleased with how our cake looked. The flower sugar art was beautiful and completed our Wedding perfectly. The cake tasted absolutely design having 3 different flavours everyone was happy.
