I have just been into this Greggs on St John's, a young man named Korban served me, he was very polite happy to help with my order, however the older lady who was doing oven and orders to be sent out. Was very rude and she told Korban off in front of customers she was very abrupt and a smile would go a long way, I think it is about time she changed her job because as a regular customer she us always the same, but Greggs we love you 😘 xxx
Ordered some food and it said it was delivered on the app but it wasn’t.. very disappointed, been trying to contact you guys to get my money back, but very hard to get hold of you.
Usual tasty treats and friendly staff. Except for Jacky. The rudest person I’ve ever come across. I thought she disliked me until I regularly watched her being consistently rude to the customers.
