We always turn to the Lock Father whenever we need a lock changed and have always been happy with the speedy and friendly service. Absolutely fantastic service from Andy after my mum and dad's front door key jammed in the broken lock. Andy was so helpful and responded so quickly despite it still being the Christmas holidays. Sorted it all out in double quick time - great value, great service and excellent advice on how to keep the lock functioning at its best. Would certainly recommend 👍👍
We had the multipoint mechanism failure on the French door leading to back garden and study area. Carl, did a brilliant job. He was able to open the door and knew exactly what the problem was, 'the multi-gear box mechanism. He got a new one in and got it fixed in a short amount of time. his service was brilliant I must say. Our door handles were wrongly set originally, he got it corrected as a bonus. He is a patient man and has a gentle approach towards the work and dealing with customers, which I think made him stand out among many. Good service.
Andy came out extremely quickly to a broken lock and fitted upgraded lock in line with insurance standards. Also checked other lock and door issues. Excellent friendly service. Likes tea!
