Phoned up about my cat getting locked into next doors house, after being missing for two days and must of sneaked in when the workmen were there. The office just passed me off telling me it's nothing to do with them as they do not have the keys to the property and they'll send "an email" to whoever can do something about it, with no timescale as to when issue will be resolved. Even though it's a council house in Townhill, then hung up, didn't even wait for me to pass contact details. I then contacted Swansea council repairs and explained the situation, they were allot more helpful had mentioned they received no email about the matter, but sent someone to the property to resolve the matter anyway. Overall terrible service.
