Picturesque place. Free parking. Good for walking cycling dog walking&playgrounds for the children. Nice little cafe that overlooks the lake with plenty of ducks for the children to feed. 😊

An area more formal than the surrounding park area. A fairly large area includes the bowls club & has wc facilities close by.

Lovely place, wonderful sights, clean and tidy. I'm thinking about moving out to Chelmsford and walking through the area broaded up my mind...

Great place for a meet up, with toilets and park near accessible river - great for the kids to have a bit of fun. Plenty of space Plenty of shade Plenty of bins Not a lot of parking... But town bit to far and bus routes pass the park. -1 for offensive language coming from the tennis courts which really should be tolerated in such an otherwise beautiful, family friendly place.

Free parking and nice walk around the park. Path leads into town, out of town to Writtle college or you can navigate to Hylands Park
