Absolutely fantastic service! Jon works with you to get you back ontop of your game as quickly as possible. What really works for me is, its not about the appointments & money! It's about You! And getting you pain free without breaking the bank and getting you back time after time. It's a real personal service I'd recommend these guys to everyone! Thanks again!

Jon (Jonathan McComish) has been my go to Physio for 10+ years when living in Chelmsford & London. He has successfully resolved all my injuries throughout the years, getting me back into my sports sooner than expected. Even now living in Los Angeles, I called upon Jon's help for a knee injury due to cycling. Sessions were remote via ZOOM, Jon understood the issue and immediately prescribed a mixture of rest and specific exercises to get me back on the bike. After three weeks I was back up to three rides per/wk pain free. 100% recommended. Ill be back here in 5years no doubt updating my 5* review!

After having an Achilles injury for almost a year and not knowing what to do next, Jon at Chelmsford Physio gave me fantastic, easy to follow advice as well as shockwave treatment which helped enormously. My injury has improved drastically and it’s all thanks to Jon that most of the pain has gone. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jon as he responded to all my questions and queries (there were many!) and nothing was too much trouble.

During lockdown I have injured my already fragile ankle. Matt has helped me regain strength and got me back up running within 2 months of my first visit. Thank you so much for all your help! The facilities are great and they have been very flexible with bookings.

I saw Matt about six times for persistent neck pain which was made worse by my regular swimming. He explained how the muscles in my back and shoulders were weak, causing my neck muscles to take on too much load. I stuck with the variety of exercises he gave me, completing them on a daily basis, and when gyms reopened I went nearly every day to build the muscles up further. I intend to continue with this from now on because I am experiencing less neck pain and as an unexpected bonus my swimming has became faster and stronger. Eg I have gone from swimming 3k in the hour to 4K, purely from lifting weights and improving my upper body strength, whilst also greatly reducing the neck pain. We also discussed more protein in my diet to help with my aches and pains and I’ve been managing to take this on board as well, also to benefit. Thank you very much Matt.
