No stay clear!
I expected that washing two Goose pillows could be professional cleaned and dryer but not by this company.
Brought them in on Monday and paid, I was informed that they would be ready on Wednesday. Went to collect them today was informed that one was damaged and was in the bin. The other pillow still wasn’t ready as it was wet. When I went back to see the manager I was informed that I could only pick up one and did I want the other that was in the bin.
You can appreciate that I wasn’t happy as the professional business had let me down. Goose pillows ain’t cheap and I was told that it wouldn’t be replaced, refunded nor given any compensation for the damage they had caused.
Stay clear of this unprofessional dry cleaners and the unprofessional and rude people.
I got some clothes dry cleaned through Washhub recently, really happy with the results and the owner was incredibly helpful! Thanks again Wash Hub 😁
