Where to start.... A total nightmare of a company.... NO due dilligence carried out into SIPP investments, investments instigated by none regulated Spannish based introducers..... My own battles have being ongoing for four years with this company. They ignored my FOS deliberations over a year ago now. These deliberations telling this so called SIPP Trustees to directly pay me back my full pension value of £420,000 & to pay me cash compensation of £750...... Thankfully I will very shortly be at Court against the equally inept solicitors employed by this company in order to get my pension back. I further have a claim dating back to September 2016 against Stadia trustees at the FSCS. I certainly reccomend any other poor investors linked to thus disgrace of a company to follow my lead here..... Another disgrace is the FCA I believe. I informed the FCA a YEAR ago now that Stadia trustees had ignored my FOS deliberations. Despite this fact Stadia trustees remain regulated by the FCA this very morning...... DISGUSTING......

Well where do you start with Stadia, they have certainly messed up many investors lives thats for sure. My wife worked for (RBS) for nearly 30 years during which time she gained a final salary pension. After leaving the bank in early 2008, she decided to reinvest her pension with Stadia, she split the invest in two parts, £100,000 went to Global Agricuture Services or (GAS), in Australia sure some investores reading this now are saying i invested in that SIPP, and the remaining £142,000 was invested in Los Pandos project in Spain or Martin Clews, heard of that one as well, sure you have. It's now June 2017, and still not a dime has been paid back, we have had updates from both the above over the last six years, making up all sort of excuses from the banks crashing to Brexit. Waiting to liquidise their assets so that investors can be paid back, there has even been mention of compension being paid to investors who have gone over their dates when their investments were due to mature. Mattioli Woods took over Stadia's business as some of you already know to the tune of £100 million pounds worth of business, we have been in close contact with them since early 2016. They have been advising us about our investments, but they are reluctant to get heavily involved, reason being investors will incur costs, and i understand this but it does not help us getting our money back. please note that Mattioli Woods have been very good in terms of keep us posted, but now it's time for action, we have now enlisted a solicitor namely Wixted & Co, and we have had some very encouraging news in terms of the way forward, it may take a wile to get a result but we have been waiting since 2011. No-Win-No-Fee, something has to be done with the likes of Stadia they should not be able to just walk away scot free. Plus we are both now 57 years old and want closure as well as our money back, i could really gone on forever, but don't give up.
