I've used Valerie Cheek at Kew Law during 2018/2019 for both a sale and the purchase of a property. I was immediately impressed with the speed and efficiency of Valerie's response when I first contacted the practice. This, and the competitive quote, led to me choosing her to transact my conveyancing business. Her responsive efficiency continued throughout the process (in marked contrast to conveyancers on the other side) and she even dealt very courteously with a slight problem I had at the end of the sale. I therefore had no hesitation in asking her to deal with the purchase of my current property a year later. We have just used Lynne Warren at Kew Law for our house purchase and sale. This is my 3rd house purchase in total and can honestly say we were so pleased with Lynne. I previously have had poor solicitors on my house moves, (it's sadly a service you don't find out how good it is until you use it). However Lynne had come highly recommended to use, and I can see why. She had work to do as not only did the chain fall at one point, but our purchase came with quite a few queries and a preservation order on trees. Her advice was excellent and she was one of the first in the chain ready dispite having the most to do.
