I would always recommend Sparlings to everyone I know, my daughter was kept up to date at every stage in the purchase of her property and found them, in particular Michelle Goldman, to be friendly and very helpful. I was so impressed that I subsequently made a Will with Sparlings and received the same excellent service.

My personal view is that they were not up to the job and my complaints in this regard were dismissed. I do not recommend. I also raised my complaints to the Legal Ombudsman, however in my opinion they are not fit for purpose, and a search into Google for reviews of the Legal Ombudsman shows that most people who have had any dealings with them share this opinion. (TrustPilot 97% bad rating).

If you want a move done quickly do NOT use these solicitors. They are extremely slow and don't bother answering calls or emails for weeks upon end. Took 6 months for them to cause the chain to collapse. I even sent a letter of complaint to them and haven't heard back from that either, seems like they do not care at all.
