From the moment that me and my friends stepped into that store we immediately felt unwelcomed. I would just like to preference this saying we did not go into that store to browse and we were all planning to purchase items. One of the members of staff then proceeded to stalk us around the store, clearly stereotyping us as minors with bad intentions. She stood at the end of the aisle staring us down for trying on a hat that we were intending to buy and told us we weren't allowed to try them on in a rlly unwelcoming tone. Which would be understandable if she didnt proceed to follow us around the store and block aisles. As some members of our group have social anxiety this was a traumatic and upsetting experience for many of us and we will NOT be returning anytime soon.

Went there intending to buy wigs. We felt extremely uncomfortable and trapped in the small store, we eventually were so uneasy about being stared at we decided to leave without purchasing anything. It was an extremely stressful and upsetting encounter and really contradicts the overall message of the supposed ‘party’ store. It made us extremely anxious and was very discouraging overall, sincerely wouldn’t recommend.

Very disappointed with the customer service and the general approach!!!! I have bought a fancy dress hat a week ago, in the mean time I have found a better one on eBay so I ordered it. Went to the shop this morning and wanted to return the one I've bought there. I have been told I am not allowed as they don't exchange any fancy dress costumes or accessories. I haven't been told that when I was buying the hat. The women behind the till were so ignorant and too busy talking to each other and on their phones. If anyone fancy a free navy blue party hat, please go and ask for it as I left it on the counter together with the receipt and told the woman to keep it as I don't need it. I will never shop there again!!!!!

Went into store today to look for a "record your own greeting" card, they sell them online but i thought it would be nice to support local business. I couldn't find it myself in-store, so i went to one of the ladies behind the counter, she quite literally mocked me in front of the other customers and said in a very condescending tone "do you not know what this is?" As she was holding a pen up to my face. She then went on to say that they do not have "high tech" cards, only write your own versions, again in an insulting manner, she then decided to mock me further in front of her colleague, talking about how her son was also lazy... Needless to say, the foul language from the colleagues around the shop was absolutely shocking! Do not take little ones there
