Alan responded to our call extremely quickly. Due to the nature of our door he was able to provide a temporary fix and secure our property. Once the replacement parts were sourced a suitable time was arranged the works were completed. Overall the service provided by Alan was superb and I would not hesitate to recommend his services.
Great Service, Great Value, Great Guy
Alan got out to us very quickly to deal with a front door locking issue. He was extremely thorough and completed the work tidily, efficiently and quickly. A genuinely top guy, and a superb job. Highly recommended.
We called last minute appointment and said we were in no rush. He turned up in less than 2 hours and was done changing two locks and breaking a padlock in about 15 minutes.
Very informative about the different locks and gave me confidence the locks are safe.
I was only charged for the replacement mechanisms no labour.

Alan responded very quickly to my request and was at our door in colchester within 20 minutes. Extremely friendly and great sense of humour, we felt we were in great hands. He managed to fix our lock and make our home safe again within another 20 minutes despite having to completely change the gearbox of our lock. HIGHLY recommend and should we need a locksmith again-Alan would be our go to. Also has card reader so can pay by card which was super helpful and produces a receipt.
