Very beautiful, the nature reserve itself is quite small, however I recommend going of the path leading to the reserve. There is a beautiful forest with fantastic scenery with a dirt skate park. It's very quiet and you can hear the birds sing. Not too many people there, a good place to go to for an hour or an hour and a half. .

Small nature reserve on the outskirts of Colchester. Not a lot there except a field but the woods next to it are coppiced so there is at least some management going on.
