In spite of al the exercises I've been doing to allieviate it, the dreadful pain I have from the trapped nerves in my cervical spine persists. My GP read my most recent MRI scan report and said I need to be referred to the MSK team. But she couldn't refer me directly any more, because referrals have to be done through Allied Healthcare, which is a private company. My GP said if I can't wait, I can go private, but as the taxes I've paid all of my working life mean I'm entitled to free health care, I have to wait 10 days or so for a phone conversation with a "senior" Allied Healthcare physiotherapist. The pressure on me to go private is obvious and utterly heartless. Allied Healthcare wants money and all the while when we were clapping for "our" NHS, they were busy dismantling it.

Fantastic job. I had lots of neck issues before I decided to pay Spring Rise a visit. Great service all throughout my scheduled appointments

Very attentive physio. Helped me to rehabilitate a lingering foot injury.

Always helpful staff. If you are unable to get GP appointment on a day GP will call you and discuss your symptoms which is a way better solution than going to walk-in centre. Wheelchair access. There is adjacent pharmacy open till 10pm. Nice and bright building. You can have blood test done by appointment only.

Impossible to get an appointment. Takes at least 5 weeks. Online booking of appointments is extremely limited; usually results in being offered one appointment but not with a known/usual GP. Lovely building. Always empty.
