Love Diversity Yoga. My weekly class gets me centred and peaceful. During lockdown the classes have gone online with a variety of classes. I so appreciate being able to connect with like-minded souls in a peaceful and calm environment.
Our PR agency has really benefited from having a weekly online yoga session with Cathy during lockdown. She helps us relieve our aches and pains and de-stress whilst making it an enjoyable experience. I've no hesitation it recommending her yoga classes wholeheartedly.
Cathy, I must say my sciatica is vastly improved since doing classes with you and I rarely get problems now. As long as I don’t do anything silly (heavy lifting etc) which could pull on my lower back and therefore pinch the nerve, I feel fine. Yoga therapy is the best!
I first used Diversity Yoga Therapy to help with knee pain that had stopped me from running. I was given an excellent indication of what parts of my leg and muscles could be strengthened to help stabilise my knee. Within two months I was back running 5k in under 30 minutes. I have since used Diversity Yoga Therapy to help with a shoulder injury and sleep. I highly recommend the service and found Cathy extremely knowledgeable, professional and received great communication for ongoing practices I could continue with. Life is so much better when you can do things you love to do, give it a try, it’s well worth it!
A zoom yoga class this morning instead of in the normal hall but it was just as enjoyable and got me up and running for the day,
