You hire a van that starts to do 12mph on the motorway, you're told to phone Mercedes ... have to pull in and add ad blue at your own expense. The van when it was picked up was supposed to be fully valeted ... we found someones sunglasses in the console .... obviously not fully valeted.
Reason for 3 stars.
We were kept waiting half hour due to another customer returning late.
Would not of been bad if we could keep in warm.freezing waiting outside.
Staff were very good.
Need to twerk Wait ing around in cold.

We have used the services of Enterprise twice within two weeks. They are professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We have used the Harlow office and I cannot praise them enough. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this company!
2 stars for the politeness of the staff however they said they use a 3rd party to check proof-of-address and I was between address and needed the van to assist in moving home therefore because of this I was declined and they couldn't hire the van to me for the day.
I went to Alley Cat vehicle hire and they accepted 2 recent utility bills that had my address on. Thanks to Alley Cat my day off wasn't wasted 🚐
The staff were careful, polite and fully aware of Coronavirus precautions. All matters were completed at appropriate distancing with facial protection being worn. I had every confidence in their operation.
