Relaxation On Tap!
In these uncertain times the ability to relax your body and mind can be elusive, however online yoga sessions with Roma are a huge aid to attaining this goal. Just listening to her soothing voice is wonderful, allied with the flowing movements ,and connection of mind and body .
Try it and you'll see!
As this is something I have not done before I wasn’t sure what to expect! It was so relaxing I was nearly asleep by the end. With all the stress we are all going through at the moment I really recommend people trying this class it really helped me relax

Thank you Roma for welcoming me into this wonderful community. You are a true inspiration with an infectious passion for yoga and wellbeing. I love the focus on doing what feels right individually for your body. It really doesn't matter if you've never done yoga before you join. You had me at "bring pillows and a blanket" - but now I realise how much there is to gain from yoga, and the difference it makes to both physical and mental wellbeing. This feels more important than ever right now. It's a relaxation haven...
My location no longer matters now you're doing classes online. It's also great to have the video link to the class for a week afterwards; I know it's no problem if I can't make the original time, plus you have the ability to repeat it. Thanks Roma. See you at the next one... x
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I signed up to do yoga with Roma. I’d tried yoga classes before and felt it would be something I’d enjoy (having done pilates) but the classes I’d been to had been very intimidating and I’d come away with my back twisted into knots and feeling terrible. Roma’s philosophy is that yoga is for everyone and she was able to adapt her classes so that even a plank of wood like myself would benefit and start to loosen up. I was hoping to become more flexible but I hadn’t appreciated that yoga is a tool for learning about yourself and life too and it has been fascinating to be guided through the learnings that Roma teaches. I always come away from the class feeling better in myself, very relaxed and having learned something about myself and the world around us. The online classes are great and I love them but the classes in the Yurt are a real treat and I look forward to the day we can meet there again. Roma is a great teacher, highly considerate to her pupils, plugged into spirit but with her feet firmly on the ground, organised, efficient and just downright lovely. You could not find a better yoga teacher.
