We had patio door recently fitted which the fitter was excellent. Very thorough & tidy. Also waiting to have new conservatory roof fitted. We dealt with Brian Malloy, Sudbury showroom on all occasions (had side door & front door fitted) previously. No hard sell & Brian very professional & friendly in all aspects. Very impressed.

Excellent product, we now have their Roof line, Conservatory, and just had all windows and doors replaced with triple glazing. Our installers, David and Lee were excellent. Their attention to detail was exemplary. They have done a really good job, and were very clean and tidy in their work.

We have recently spent the last couple of months getting quotes for windows and were very happy with how Brian Molloy and SEHBAC tried to obtain our business. They provided a very reasonable quote immediately without having to resort to sales tricks (eg quoting double the price and getting the price down after 'speaking to the boss'). There was no pushiness or repeat calling when we said we wanted time to think, and on coming round to discuss the product there was no pressure or insistence that we immediately signed up. This was such a refreshing change after dealing with other national companies and resulted in us purchasing our windows from SEHBAC.
