I engaged this company to fix a hole in my roof's felt, caused by a moved roof tile.
The tile was re-positioned over the damaged felt but the felt was not fixed.
GLA then charged me for materials, though they did not use any and threatened court action if I did not pay their bill in 7 days.
I will pay the charge, patch the hole myself and avoid this company in future.
