This was not a good experience at all. The ONLY thing that went well was the whole social Distancing- this was planned well- especially with us booking an appointment, so we were in and out within 30mins. The staff member who helped us, couldn't answer any simple questions like "how much is this one?" The answer I got was "all are around the same price" I needed 2 pairs of shoes for twins starting school and there was only 1 in their size. You would think that Clarks would stock up in August on all sizes! We've had to order and the staff member still couldn't tell me how much a trainer would be until I got hit with an £84 bill. For 2 simple plain pair of black trainers.... that we still haven't got and need to wait to arrive in the post. Not looking forward to coming back if they dont fit.

Clean, bright and friendly staff. Can get busy at peak times, but they are good with children, particularly those who require feet measurements!

We had booked an appt so no waiting and young guy was fantastic with 2 young boys. Nothing was too much trouble. You pay more but shoes best quality if you want school shoes to last.
