5* Star Service from Hassan! I was initially hesitant to appoint Harris C&N as the conveyancing firm for the sale of a property as I have my usual contact in a different firm for all property transactions. Hassan has been great; he always keeps the communication going, and he always bcc’ed me in his emails to the seller’s solicitors to keep me in the loop. Hassan always replies to my emails/queries spontaneously. The sale went ahead smoothly with no complaints on my side. Now, having experienced such service, I will appoint Harris C&N again for future transactions! Keep up the good work

I like to thank Hassan for all the help with selling one of our office building and also for sorting out tax on the buildnig even calling HMRC to try and get it pushed along. would recommed to any one i have also used Lin of a few house buy and sell never had a problem working them.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Emma Marchant from Harris Cuffaro & Nichols for all her hard work and patience in getting the sale of my mum's property over the line. The sale fell through 3 times and took over a year. We had to battle through Brexit and lockdown but with Emma's hard work and persistence, we managed to complete even during lockdown. Emma is a pleasure to work with, definitely went above and beyond, and there was no increase in fees. A big thanks Emma!
