Nivash was really helpful and always had a smile in his face while dealing with us.
Today I checked in the Avis/budget counter at Stansted airport. Once outside the airport exit you need to take a taxis bus (no charge) to the rental car kiosk. Don't fret it runs every 10 minutes. I had an arranged reservation. My car was ready waiting on me. The staff instructed me on the exit code and general directions. Car rental at its finest.
Very bad service. They asked if we are going abroad and we said that we are going to Ireland. But we didn't get any insurance because they thought that we are going to NORTHERN Ireland. So we had accident and have to pay even that we had bought better insurance. We are very unsatisfied of this service. If you say Ireland tell them that it is another country then Northern Ireland.
Used then a few times. Great service and a good selection of cars offered at lower rates compared to others.
Extra Insurance SCAM!. Beware of EXTRA insurance charges. Check what you signing for!
On arrival to the pick-up point at Stansted UK airport, the staff member Emily (blonde girl with large glasses) has requested me to sign as in the signature box on the touch screen, providing an expression that I am signing for my prepaid rental agreement. To my surprise, as I have find out latter, after I have received an invoice, In was signing also for an EXTRA INSURANCE, which I have not asked for or been offered in any way. or form! Extra protection package was included without my consent or knowledge at cost to me of a £85.36! making 3 day rental cost just over £200.00. Not exactly on my BUDGET. I have made a formal complaint and asked for a refund. Still waiting for a formal response.
