Poor. When a Vaxuhall Corsa comes with Sat Nav without having to purchase as an extra... then one would expect the same with a Mercedes C Class. But no! AVIS have the ability to remove the Sat Nav for that car so do so. That's tacky! No. Plenty of competition at the airport. Will try one of them next. Treat your customers fairly and logically if you want them to come back.
Pick up process was super easy, even if I was a bit too late due to a delayed flight they would have waited for me. They gave me an excellent car, far better than expected. First car rental experience ever, overall satisfied. Thank you!
5/5 is the minimum I can give to them, mostly to their desk man. I had a problem and I had to give back the car 1 day in advance. He was really helpful. Thanks a lot! Car was perfect.
I got a bill for a one way drive from Stansted to Manchester and they took it from my Credit Card. I gave my car back in Stansted, so there wasn't any question about Manchester. I don't know how they imagine I could ever drive 1281mi (2060km) in 10 hours. In my wrong bill I would've had the car 23 hours long, but even in 23 hours I wouldn't be able to drive that long distance.
Good service, good car, good place to hire, but unfortunately I feel betrayed, because they don't refund my money and keep it in their hands. And after that they took us the beautiful adventure.

Collection and drop off handled very well, no waiting time and polite staff. Car was only 3 months old and in excellent condition. Would use Avis again.
