Shocking. I regularly get Enterprise, always pay with my company card. But apparently not this time. 6 hours away from home and they won't accept the same card I've been paying with for years, 3/4 hires a month. Resulting in the largest Uber bill imaginable. Nice one...

Ive used Enterprise for over 10 years never have I been treated like that before.... Service there is very poor.. was offered a car with noticeable damage on the metal bar holding the windscreen, While they had hundreds of other cars available. When I asked could you give me another car, they basically downgraded me and gave me to an astra. Even that wasn't clean inside as I found an empty can of coke inside the arm-rest probably left by the previous customer . Then I was told I couldn't pay deposit with my visa debit... it had to be a credit card. .. wouldn't pick up a car from there again...

Over charged me. We have taken legal action. Do not trust this company. Charged £2.50 a Liter but did not show me an invoice of how many liters they filled up the car with and then charged me an extra £190 because I dropped the car off at a different location. When I was told it would only cost £40. Never again.

Overall good as all the other branches good customer service. Although you pay an extra location charge which you could completely avoid by using there Bishop Stortford branch which is literally just down the road. If you let them know in advance they might even pick you up as after all Enterprise - the company that picks you up ;) Cars are handed over properly with procedures explained and major marks identified! Having used a variety of rental companies of the years for work I would go back to Enterprise as service from this and other branches have been outstanding. They dont pick on small little scratches minor kerbing. The also have a good range of cars. Thanks!!
