The worse service and customer service. I have been double charge to extend my booking in October 2020 and still waiting for the refund. They was fast to charge me 12 pound of missing petrol but no change to have my 282 pound back, they keep saying that they have a long waiting for refunds. Not my problem if their webside is rubish

Excellent service, very close to the airport. I have used easirent several times and now they have moved closer to the airport it is even better. Quick transfers by minibus, just 5 minutes down the road. Checkin and out has been swift on all occasions and I have always found the team to have been pleasant and professional. Good prices and decent cars too.

AVOID AT ANY COST!!! Easirent has very unprofessional customer service! We’ve rented car via their web page about 3 months ago. First of all they charged us £73.99 and supposed to include additional driver and different drop off location. At the branch it showed up that was wrong and been charged another £60 on top of that. And just before we left Derek charged us another £10 for unlimited mileage which supposed to be included as well!!!! After 2 weeks I’ve noticed they charged us twice as they took £73.99 deposit and never transfer to our booking. I phoned to resolve the matter. Lady said she’ll be back to me in a week. 3 weeks passed and nothing. So I phoned again and her colleague told me she’s off and will phone me next day. Another 3 weeks and nothing! When I phoned again today the first lady only said they get lots of phone calls. Even tho she promised she’ll be back to me. You have to start to be rude to them to get at least apology. And I don’t think it was a sincere one. Once they have your money, or even better double your money, they don’t care about their customers. Definitely won’t be back and DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Avoid at any cost!they gave to us a scrappy car covered by scratches and bumps. We had to stop at the car wash for a deep cleaning cause the inside was filty (don't think that they follow the measures of anticovid sanification). After few miles the warning lights of oil and service started to flash,leaving us concerned for all the journey. Their shuttle service is free of charge only on pick-up,in fact we dropped the car we had to pay 6 pounds to go to the airport. Awful company.
