Just like others waitrose around UK.
Great staff and amazing selection of fresh and organic food. Ample parking during all hours and have also been adhering to the ever changing rules due to the pandemic. Fresh counter offers a huge selection of high quality meats and fish.
Grains, cereals and pasta available in dispensers to reduce waste as well as a selection of frozen fruit at a set price per 100g.
Seems to be a newly remodeled Waitrose store. The product range is fantastic, and I've found that the cleanliness in store is consistently well maintained. The cafe is closed during the pandemic, however, they do have a coffee truck outside the store if you're up for a takeaway. Go and check out the ready meals section too, since they have a lot on offer there as well. I can recommend the counter fish offers on Fridays too, since you'll pay less and the quality is outstanding. Service staff have been consistently friendly in my experience.
My wife Maz went to pickup a Waitrose excellent ready-baked-cake from the "Service Desk" counter which all went well, but what I didn't like was leaving the car park. The acute left turn down the ramp to the underground car park exit, which is the only way out, was pretty tight, and I only had a small car - it would have been quite difficult for a larger car, plus the lighting below wasn't too good either! So for my next visit I will be parking in the underground car park and using the lift up to the shop floor.
Love the unpacked station. So lucky to have one in a major supermarket in Cheltenham. Staff always very friendly and willing to help.
